🔸Do I have to enroll in order to buy?
• No, you don't. However, you will need to provide a minimum of information so your order can be delivered. For example, they will need a name, your delivery address, and a payment method. This is called a Retail Account.
🔸What am I missing when I don't enroll?
• When you enroll as a Wholesale Customer, you will be entitled to a 25% discount over the full retail price. In addition, your enrollment fee (currently at $35 for the first year) will be waived. After a year, you will be charged a renewal fee ($25), but it will come with a free bottle of essential oil (usually a 15mL bottle of Peppermint oil, with a retail value of $34.67 or a wholesale value of $26). So, answering the question, when you don't enroll as a Wholesale Customer, you are missing on all of these perks.
🔸Do I have to buy every month?
• No, there is no obligation to buy every month. But dōTERRA has a Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) that works as follows:
▪ If you place a Subscriptions Order of at least 50 PV (which is about $50) your shipping is reduced to $3.99. If you place a Subscriptions Order of at least 100 PV your shipping is free!
▪ With 50 PV subscription orders, you’ll earn rewards points on your purchases. You can redeem these points to get free products! Plus, you’re rewarded for shipped orders every month, which level up every three months until you achieve the highest tier (VIP), earning 30% rewards points on your subscription orders. Tiers go from 10% to 30%.
▪ You can receive a free product each month if your subscription order is at least 125 PV and ships before the fifteenth of that month. (That means free shipping and a free product!)
▪ If your first subscription order is at least 100 PV, dōTERRA will add a welcome gift to it. You’ll get to sample incredibly popular products.
▪ Once you reach VIP status, you can unlock even more rewards! You’ll earn 30% in rewards points on your subscription orders, receive a VIP gift to congratulate you on your new status, and get exclusive VIP early access to limited-time offers and exclusive promotions.

🔸Do I have to recruit people and build a network?
• No, you don't. But you can if you want to earn money back (or commissions) when you share the power of the oils and refer new people to dōTERRA. This is called a Wellness Advocate Account. You don't need to be an expert in essential oils in order to share them with people. The oils are so good and pure that, when they are introduced to people, they are practically self-selling, having you as a sharer. It's that simple!
